Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for codes you actually receive.

When a code does not arrive

If the SMS never reaches a number you ordered, close the number and the funds return to your balance automatically. You are not charged for an activation that did not deliver.

Balance top-ups

Funds you add to your balance are held for you to spend on the service. Crypto payments cannot be reversed once they are credited, so add what you intend to use.

Requesting help

If something does not look right with a charge, open a ticket from your account or write to us on the contacts page, and we will look into it.
